These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the tv777 website ("Platform", "Site") and all related services, features, content, and products offered by tv777 ("we", "us", "our"). By registering an account, depositing funds, placing bets, or otherwise accessing the Platform in any manner, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. tv777 reserves the right to request identity verification documents from any account holder at any time. This includes, but is not limited to, a copy of your national identity card, passport, or Bangladesh mobile registration confirmation. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by tv777 may result in account suspension or closure and forfeiture of pending withdrawals.

tv777 supports deposits and withdrawals through a range of Bangladesh mobile financial services and bank transfer channels. All transactions must be conducted through payment accounts registered in the name of the tv777 account holder. The use of third-party payment accounts — that is, accounts belonging to another person — is strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and the withholding of funds pending investigation.

• The minimum deposit is ৳500 per transaction. tv777 does not impose an upper limit on deposits, though individual payment providers may apply their own transaction limits.
• bKash and Nagad deposits are typically credited to your casino balance within seconds of payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take up to three business hours depending on the sending institution.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit on the account. tv777 does not send withdrawals to payment accounts not previously used for a deposit on the same account.
• tv777 reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing a withdrawal where the transaction amount exceeds certain thresholds or where the account has not previously completed a KYC verification process.
• Winnings derived from bonus funds remain subject to the wagering requirements associated with the bonus until those requirements are fully met. Withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings prior to satisfying the applicable rollover conditions will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings generated from it.

tv777 is not responsible for any fees or charges imposed by your payment provider in connection with deposit or withdrawal transactions. These are third-party costs outside of tv777's control and will be borne entirely by the account holder.

tv777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and to providing tools that help players maintain control over their activity on the Platform. We recognise that for a small number of people gambling can become a problem, and we take this seriously. All players are encouraged to set personal limits and to review their activity regularly.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; an increase takes effect after a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Time-out: Players may activate a temporary time-out period (24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days) during which their account will be suspended and they will be unable to log in, deposit, or place bets.
• Self-exclusion: Players who wish to stop gambling for an extended period may request a self-exclusion of 6 months, 12 months, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the duration of the chosen period.
• Reality checks: Account holders may configure session reminders that display elapsed playing time at intervals they choose, helping maintain awareness of time spent on the Platform.
